The SAFe Agilist certification program is for executives, managers and Agile change agents responsible for leading a Lean-Agile change initiative in a large software enterprise. It validates their knowledge in applying the Scaled Agile Framework, lean thinking, and product development flow principles in an enterprise context so they can lead the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework.

About the Trainer:

Shashi Singh is an Agile Coach focused on helping Agile teams and their organizations achieve goals by applying Agile principles. He has served as a Coach, Agile Program Manager, Analyst, Product Owner and Scrum Master over a period of many years. Shashi has helped small to large organizations enjoy the benefits of iterative and incremental software development, which include gaining the ability to deliver quality software more frequently than was thought possible.

Shashi’s Agile passions include connecting with clients by listening to them and leveraging their feedback to build better products. He was present for the creation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and is an avid supporter of scaling efforts across organizations of all sizes.
